Completely rude! My husband has gone here several times with no issues. We went in for a gas dryer (which the online store # said it was in stock) to find only a small one that we weren't interested in. Had to tell them several times that was not the one we were looking for, we wanted the bundle online for the larger capacity one. After they had my husband fill out the paper work they inform him that #1 HR is closed and they can't do anything for us until Tuesday and #2 it would take 7 days to get anything delivered to the store for us to pick up. When I told them our previous expirence and even the website that says "same day delivery if in stock" (which again, it said it was!) the manager told me very rudely "yeah well, that doesn't apply when you come in 2 hours before close!" No thank you! We will take our money else where.

Your management has better things to do than their job. By the way, your Associates name is Nick. I will never shop, refer a friend, nor promote your stores name after this experience.

IT IS NOT "TOMORROW" Saturday June 3rd, 3:32Pm, no calls. No emails, AND STILL NO MERCHANDISE. Best part? I got an email an Hour ago reminding me of my 1st Months Bill of $75.99 due on June 15th.

I ordered a Bundle Deal online (50" Tv w/PS4) on May 22nd. Upon paying the new contract fee, I got a call the next day saying that the online App didn't go through, so I had to resubmit my info OVER THE PHONE.. Strike1

So after we agree on me just submitting proof of residency and employment, he said he'd call me as soon as he got them. Mind you this was @ around 1pm; i never got a call back ALL DAY... Strike 3!!!

So I wait till the next day ALL the way till they're about to close and finally call THEM to tell them I no longer want the product as I am simply getting the runaround. Only for him to say "We just got your email, you're all set for tomorrow delivery BEFORE 2PM" .. So I decide fine I'll suck it up, and agreed.

After all the info was Resubmitted, the lady told me she'll call to verify all my info , and that the merchandise will be delivered to my local stare that following Tuesday.. Ok?
