This business is the absolute best shop that I have ever been to in my life! The wow factor has to be experienced to be believed. Everyone was kind and welcoming from the initial phone conversation to the delivery of my car. I'd like to send a heart felt thank you to Jerry! As a woman, sometimes mechanics speak to me as if I can't understand what's going on. He spoke to me kindly and unassuming. He thoroughly explained everything in great detail. Last but not least, he came in to the shop after hours to give me my wallet. He didn't have to but he did. I totally appreciate him because it was on a Friday evening and he was with his family. #Grateful

As you can clearly see from a previous review, I gave praise to auto repair technology and spoke highly of them to everyone I encountered. Recently there has been some kind of change within the garage. The dynamic is terrible. It used to be personable, now you walk in and the guy at the desk is so rude. Every move he makes he slams his hand as if you are bothering him. I'm so disappointed because we had a garage we were proud of and spent thousands of dollars there. Needless to say after today's encounter with the rudeness of the guy at the desk we will no longer be a customer here. All because of one person's personality and rudeness to the customers we have been driven away. I'm not the only one that endured rudeness. I witnessed other customers receiving his harsh personality. What a shame that we can no longer praise them nor give them our business. As you can see my previous review was amazing because the garage was above and beyond any other. The total dynamic has changed and I'm so disgusted at how that man has treated me the last two visits I've been there. We will never go back because of him. .............(The review from a year ago is as follows. What a difference. I'm really disappointed)...................Every experience we have had since coming here has been a positive experience. I have been so impressed on so many levels. From the cleanliness of the facility, the professionalism of the staff, the free towing, a rental car if needed and being made to feel you're important from the minute you walk in the door, I have nothing but praise to give. I have raved to so many people about their service and intend to keep this my permanent place for repairs.
I went to auto repair tech today for a rapid oil change. They were very fast as they describe in their ads which was amazing. Lori was very nice she is such a sweet lady always has been over the years you will never find another like her. The mechanic was very nice . They helped me a great deal and gave me great advice I needed for my car that no one else would have. I'm sure you will love them as much as i do.
